Reason for Selling
The current owners, who fell in love with Bua River Lodge when they acquired it in 2019, have made the difficult decision to sell. Due to their inability to reside on-site or visit regularly, managing the lodge has become challenging. As a result, the property’s full potential has not yet been fully realized—offering a unique opportunity for a new owner to further develop and expand this exceptional lodge.
