Safari jack-of-all-trades, Shaibu aka Shai
Shai guides on foot and in the car, explaining nature to the guests. By noon, he’s back at the lodge, repairing a pipe or fixing a jeep. When night falls, the fire crackles and stories flow. Guests speak of the elephants they saw, but they always return to Shai—the man who guides, fixes, jokes, and somehow keeps the whole lodge running.
